Concrete lifting that lasts

Sunken driveways, uneven sidewalks, sloping patios, and dropped garage floors are usually caused by soil settlement or washout underneath the slab. We inject a high-density polyurethane foam through small ports that expands under the slab, lifts it back into position, and stabilizes the soil beneath.

The foam is waterproof, won't wash out, and supports far more weight than the original soil. Most projects are ready to use the same day.

What we can lift

Driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, garage floors, porch slabs, interior basement floors, and even some commercial slabs. If it's concrete and it's sunk, we can probably lift it.

FAQs

Concrete Leveling — questions homeowners ask

Is polyurethane foam leveling better than mudjacking?

For most jobs, yes. Polyurethane foam weighs about 2 lbs per cubic foot vs. 100+ lbs for mud slurry, so it doesn't add load to the already-weak soil that caused the settlement. The injection holes are dime-sized vs. quarter-sized. Foam is waterproof and won't wash out. And foam cures in 15 minutes — you can drive on a lifted driveway the same day.

How long after concrete leveling can I use the surface again?

Foot traffic: about 15 minutes after injection. Vehicle traffic on driveways: same day, usually within 2 hours. Heavy equipment or pool refilling: next day. The polyurethane reaches 90% of its final strength within minutes of injection — that's the main advantage over mudjacking, which needs days to cure.

When does it make more sense to replace concrete than to lift it?

Replace when the concrete itself is structurally failed — spalled badly, crumbling at the edges, or cracked into multiple separated pieces that no longer act as a slab. Lifting works on intact slabs that have settled. If we inspect and replacement is the better call, we'll tell you straight; we don't push a foam job that won't last.

Can foam lifting damage my pool, plumbing, or landscaping?

No, when it's done by an experienced crew. We map utilities and pool plumbing before drilling, use ports far from the concerned areas, and control foam expansion in real time. Foam injected near pools and patios doesn't damage liners or coping when placed correctly.
